It’s pretty obvious from the statistics that sitting is bad for your health. If you’ve ever been the type to exercise at all, you know that exercise is better than sitting.

What’s interesting (and of concern) is that studies reveal that exercise won’t prevent all the increased health risks that come from sitting eight hours a day.
